Samsung A73 green and pink line issue after software update

My phone is 2.6 years old.After Update I am facing green line issue . There is no physical damage no water damage suddenly green line appeared while playing video. When I contacted samsung Customer care they asked to visit Service Center but Service center people are directly asking for display change by paying 9000 without checking my phone. They told for my model there is no free display replacement but if so many people are facig same issue then for A73 also they should give display replacement. I haven't dropped my phone or caused any damage from my side then why should I pay so much amount when I brought phone for higher price. I can see so many people are facing same issue it's Samsung's mistake not customers mistake. they have replace the display free of cost.
