Samsung A73 auto-dimming randomly.

Hi,

My phone is 1 month old. I installed latest May update a few hours back and after using it for few hours I noticed that auto dimming is not working properly.

I have full bright bulb on in my room and still my phone getting auto-dim randomly. I have manually set the brightness slider many times but after some time it gets back to auto-dim.

Weirdly it also got auto bright once....

Help.

Hopefully it is software bug issue and not hardware as right now I'm facing it after 1.30 am.

Go to display in settings, you can turn automatic display brightness on or off, if you think the automatic display brightness not working then that could be software problem.

My mobile not working properly . Service center technician observe & repair eventhough am faced problem . Am a busy teacher if samsung till now not respond properly I ready to forward this video to my clg Student & parents am waited 4 months with patience but am lost my patience.

Follow the below steps to perform a settings reset:

Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on General Management.
Step3: Tap on Reset.
Step4: Reset settings: Reset all settings to their default

If the issue still persists, do a factory reset. This kind of software glitches will be cleared.
