There can be multiple reasons.
Check following settings:
1.If adaptive brightness is on, turn it off, it might fix issue.
2)Try enabling night mode, it helps in low brightness environments
3. check for screen protector, clear if any
4.if nothing works, check software update,there night be a performance/display bug that might get fixed by update
5. lastly adjust manual brightness

It's not working... if i increase screen brightness above 30%, then will be otherwise nothing will work
