Yesterday I turned off my Samsung phone and left it to charge, upon full charge I turned it back on. I found out that my phone doesn't play music anymore, even Samsung's own ring tones aren't playing, it displays something about audio not being supported. I can't even watch videos on YouTube or TikTok. Camera crashes when I try to record a video. Please help!
Edit: I have just tried the Samsung Members self diagnose, the speaker and the microphone simply crash the app. 😥
