Samsung A71 sound automatically slows

Guys... I m using Samsung A71 8gb 128 whenever I plays music on mobile or on youtube on  full volume it automatically slows after 30 or 50 seconds. Ikindly help with this shit. I want to know if the  problem is with my mobile or any software issue. Plz gelp me with it. Also, I ve not updated to the latest android 3.1 yet.

Turn off you're phone for 5 minutes then check if issue not resolved then its hardware problem.
