Samsung A71 Slow shutter speed Pro mode camera crash

Hey,

It's been more than a month that I am facing the issue of camera crash when I set slow shutter speed in pro mode of camera. I have also reported to Samsung but till now there is no update received. 

For how many years it will remain crashed?
