Samsung A71 Call Record Option not available

Call Record Option During the call is not available. Further more call Record settings are also not available. How to make it available?

Does it have anything to do with the country version of the phone? Mine is UAE version.

I noticed that WIFI calling is active on your mobile phone, do you use any UAE sim cards?

is there any way that I can change the country to India since I have moved to India permanently.

Also if there are country specific regulations then, shouldn't it be linked to the network instead handset?

I have another Note8 which I bought from UAE but while setup first time I chose India as country. I was able to use call record in Note 8 even in UAE.

Request a work around since I need to use this phone now in India only

may be you can try to reset your phone (plz backup all you data first) and during initial setup select India as your country of reside.

or you can try to flash the firmware for India on your device, this is a lengthy and if you do it wrong, your device might brick.
