Samsung A70 is not starting post Android 10 Upgrade

I have installed the over the air 2GB upgrade for the Samsung A70, post the upgrade phone is stuck on the Restart screen for more than 2 hours now. 

Connected with Live chat support but they also could not help.

If you have smart switch on PC installed, use emergency software recovery.

It's exactly the same thing that had happened to my A70 last night, were you able to solve this probleme?

No I didn't had this problem because I don't have a A70

I updated software to Android version 10. After installation battery charge reflects 0 percentage and not charging. Switching on and off.
