After oneui 2 update i face this issue.

No to increase the quality above 480p on youtube on any video.

thats not OS issue. it has been restricted by YT themselves due to nationwide lockdown (Only Mobile)

It's not because of update, YouTube has decreased the quality of the videos because of lockdown.

Don't worry after lockdown everything is ok and It's not an issue of os update.

If your device have Samsung Max, turn on privacy protection in it. Then you can stream higher resolution.
Note: Turn it off after watching YouTube.
