Is Snaptube app is safe or not i am installed this app in Official snaptube site apk (not in playstore or galaxy store ) is it safe app or not for daily usage? But no threats found in samsung Settings 

If it is not safe then recommend any galaxy store app for youtube video download

SnapTube is not safe. Because it is not in Playstore and Galaxy Store. Even if there are no security threats detected. There could be in future. And since your phone is new don't download app which are not in Playstore and Gaalxy Store.

Therr are no such verified apps in Playstore which let you download YouTube videos since its against the YouTube guidelines. But use can Use Tube M app which is available in Galaxy Store. Other options are to get YouTube Premium buy paying.
