Hello, I bought Samsung A53 for my parents. I'm facing a weird issue, that whenever phone is locked for a while like for 10 to 20 seconds in locked state, whatsapp won't get any call or sms. The other end shows that whatsapp is calling the number. Calling, not Ringing. And when you just double tap on the screen all notifications will appear at once. I have checked every setting in the phone, like background data usage, allow notifications. Reinstall whatsapp. But all in vein. Hoping to have this issue fixed. As it is getting irritating. Thanks.
Ok. So here is the final findings. Samsung's A series are cheaper for a reason. They are using low quality or intensity hardware in A series phones. I installed a separate WiFi extender to boost up WiFi signals and it resolves the issue not fully but almost 70%. Their WiFi hardware range to catch signals is week and if you are near to the connected WiFi it will work smooth. Whereas other devices. High end phones are working perfectly fine in the same range. 👎🏼 Samsung. 👎🏼
I have the similar issue for last one month. I have done everything possibly but no joy! My phobe i s Samsung Galaxy A53. Ring comes when the WhatsApp application is kept open.
