Samsung A52 Front Camera Issue

Hi, My Samsung front camera works normally but when i switch the front camera to 32megapixel mode it takes the black images . I have attached a screenshot as well. If anyone can help me regarding this issue, Thank you.

Thank it works sometimes and sometimes it does not. Noticed works fine in low light. But when I am outside it goes back to issue

Definitely not a hardware issue. If that was the case the front camera shouldn't have worked at all.

Yeah hopefully. It's not really a problem just turn on the flash light settings on the front camera and it works fine in 32megapixel mode.
