Samsung A52 Earpiece

Hello

I am having a problem with my a52, earpiece is not working as it should be.

When i got this phone both speaker worked fine , the surround sound was good.

No physical damage has been done.

Now there is no surround sound, only bottom speaker works (earpiece works but with very low sound)

Is it hardware or software ?

(device is under warranty)

Check if dolby atmos is on
If it it then probably hardware damagr
