Samsung A51 speaker problem

loud speakers are not working during calls.. how to fix this issue...??

Most of the time, loudspeaker issues with the new phone comes due to the protector. Usually after purchasing a new phone, we install 9D back protector and the loudspeaker is covered by the protector. That's why that issue comes. At least this was the issue with my Samsung Galaxy A51. 

So, this is the one possibility.
