Samsung A51 big problem

I am facing this issue since last 2 months now. The screen is flickering before any notification comes on off screen. Or when i m placing the phone on charge. I have attached the video for same too. My phone was repaired for this issue through samsung service center but the problem still persists. My phone's motherboard was changed during the repair.

Please help me in this issue
