No bro koi masla nhi hai official update hai pak carrier ki aur sb kuch thek hai even pakistan mein call recording option ban hai aur update k bad b yeh feature nhi mila mujhy tou means yeh update pakistan carrier ki hi hai.

To be honest my phone is working so smooth even faster i don't know why your device is lagging.. try tou restart and make sure you have updated all apps through galaxy store and play store.
