Samsung A51 Screen Goes dark.

I bought my Samsung device on Feb 11 2020 from Daraaz.pk. The mobile phone was working fine until now, but for two weeks there are couple of problems i have noticed.
The mobile phone screen goes totally dark, and nothing seems to work i/o button volume buttons all stops to work and after few seconds it goes live again but all the tasks are cleared and notifications are cleared too, like phone has been restarted, but if i am in a call the screen goes dark but the call doesnt stop. I have tried different solution, i tried to reset only setting but it didn't work out, and then i tried to soft reset the device, finally I had to hard reset the phone from recovery but i am facing same issue.

i anyone else has faced this problem and has a solution please do let me know. JazakAllah.

bro mera phone nay b 2 bar aesy e task missing ki hay matlab k jo apllication on hui hoti hay screen black ho kr again hoti hay or task end hua hota hay. halan k ma nay apna phone lahore hafeez center say liya tha.

kya koi solution mila hai apko. mainay email ki thi Samsung Customer Support Center main.

yeh jawab dia tha unhoon nay.

I would request you to please call 0800-Samsung (72678) and ask them for the location and contact details of your nearest Samsung service center."

yahan daska main koi b nazdeek tareen nahi hai, ap lahore main qareebi samsung service center main check karaye or jo solution woh btatay hain please hamray sath b share kijiye ga, shukrya.

JazakAllah, main bhai youtube sab forum par check kia hai mujhay koi solution nai mila. zayda say zayada yeh keh deta hard reset kr dain jo kay main try kr lia hai us say b koi farak nai parra. 

main yahan community main b check kia hai kisi nay aisa koi masla mention ni kia is model ka.

JazakAllah, You are right brother, jesay ap dekh saktay hain upar "mrtalha" nay agree kia hai woh share karay **bleep** jo b  solution unko btaya jaye ga, hamara kareeb koi customer service center nai hai upar say Covid nay b limited kia hua har cheez ko.
