Samsung A51 Proximity sensor issue

I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy A51 day before yesterday. There is an issue with the proximity sensor. I have to stick my ear tight with the phone so the sensor can work. Amd if I remove the phone off my ear, the screen won't trun back on unless I give it a slight push. Can anyone help me with this issue ? 

Please note that the phone had a screen protector already on it by Samsung.

maire wale mai kaam kar raha hai but waisa nai kar raha jaise baki mobiles mai krta hoon

i bought new a51 but camera app closes on its own frequently

i had an issue of forced restart,
well it resloved after update in February,
proximity sensor is around camera so try to keep it uncovered.. as you just purchased new phone i hope update my be on yhe way

i have updated it to the latest version already

i cleaned the camera part. should I replace the screen protector ?

mere a51 mai punch hole kam nh kr raha mtlb camera k surrounding mai jo black background ata hy na wo nh chal raha phele chal raha thaa ab pta nh q nahi chal raha,q bta skta iski setting kaha h??
