Where is 'Make video calls using' option? How can a options just removed from my phone app suddenly? Can anyone help me?

MAYBE THERE IS ONLY ONE DEFAULT APP FOR VIDEO CALL
INSTALL OTHER APP (DUO OR OTHERS)
AND CHECK AGAIN!
