Galaxy AOpen play store > click left top three vertical lines > click settings > swipe down to find the play store version and click on that if any updates available it'll get update.
after that check it might help.

Galaxy Ai contacted Google on this they gave me 3 options
1. confirm with other users
2. its a new device takes atleast 1 month sometimes
3. have to reset 3 time to solve issue.
so, i will wait for 1 month as they said and then will see.
