Hi All,

just had chat with samsung on WhatsApp, they said Samsung has removed L1 from samsung devices since it was causing problem of heating and lagging. now Samsung has L3 for all devices.

We will be no longer streaming HD on Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hotstar Etc.

Kindly WhatsApp Samsung team on

For me they said it will be fixed soon.
Also executives on Web or WhatsApp chat give different info.. Some say issue will be fixed. Some say visit service center.

I talked to them just now, they said it will be get resolved, if not now then with the next update.

Hi All,

it is quite certain that they have shifted all L1 users to L3 however, there is always different solutions by customer executives.

we can inform them about iur issue so that they can be aware and start taking action on it.
