Samsung A50s got January security patch update yesterday and here's All new added features and Update Review

• Simultaneous video recording with front and rear camera

Review of Update

Pros

• All newly added features
• Ultra wide camera is improved
• Smooth UI
• Lags while gaming are reduced but still needs more improvement

Cons

• Device getting Overheated while making Video call from default phone app
• Device getting heated while gaming and warm during lite usage (mostly top part of device gets the heat)
• Camera App lagging while switching between modes
• Battery life is same (6-7hrs Screen On Time)
• Charging time increased (0-100% 2hrs 10mins)

So Thank you Samsung for giving Single Take in A50s

But there are some issues which needs to be addressed hopefully by next update they will be get fixed

how is battery backup and charging time. any lags?...will u recommend to update.

battery backup is similar to ui 2.5 update and charging time is increased while going from 90-100 it takes nearly half hr and in UI I didn't find any lag but camera app is lagging while switching between modes.

so I think you can update as I didn't found any major issues

after clearing cache partition in recovery mode, my all heating and battery drain issues seem to be resolved.
sort of satisfied with this update.

You may update, heating issues are present while gaming and in normal usage it gets a bit warm and the charging time has been increased almost 2hrs 5–10mins
