To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:
1. Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings.
2. Go to Settings > Apps > 3 dots > Show system apps > Phone app > Storage > Clear Cache.
3. Run the device in the safe mode and check the issue.
4. Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).
