Galaxy A50 is on 3rd spot in the list of highest selling smartphones of the world in 2019.
Samsung shipped 12 million units...it its highest at this segment (mid range ).

But totally disappointed with lot of things.

1. Fingerprint is big issue. Sometime it doesn't work at all.

2. Front is just for name sake. Even budget phone takes brilliant selfies nowadays.

3. Back camera need lot of improvement, and have to enable camera 2Api (or provide shutter control in pro mode )

4. Battery performance is not good.

5. Gaming is ok but sometimes it lags

6. Network issue is main thing for me.

Please provide proper update for this phone...😑

Bade buzurg keh ke gye hai ki Samsung ki mid range series na liya kro.

this is only for wrong update give by Samsung team
because they will not give optimised and useful update
camera will be not give detailing image its look like that 5mp camera

Hi there,


Kindly follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue-
> If any screen guard/tampered glass/protection film is available then first disable the fingerprint settings and then remove the screen guard.
> Once screen guard is removed now register the fingerprint again and check the issue
> Make sure to use the central fingerprint parts evenly when you register or scan fingerprint, so that all portions of fingerprint, including the center and corners have been fully scanned.

Nevertheless if you still have similar problems while registering or scanning your fingerprints, please visit to the authorized Samsung service center with device and have it inspected for further resolution.
