Samsung A50 is purchased in US and now using in India. During Audio call, click the 3 dots , generally we used to see Record option, but in my mobile it is not available. I tried in settings for it, it is not there. I checked with online chat but not helpful. Finally 'm posting my question here, Is there any problem with the phone / application m, why the record is not showing up, Even if i install 3rd party software the audio is recorded but it is not hearable. Can someone help on this
