To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:
>Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->Headphone).
>Try to check the issue by connecting other Samsung original headphones.
If issue still persists, please visit to the authorized Samsung service center with device and have it inspected for further resolution.
