Hi,

 

Once after the January patch update, fingerprint is not working over my Samsung A50. I also approached Samsung Center, that too didn't help me.  

 

I cannot even add a new fingerprint and it seems to be stuck mostly at the 61%. Right now I just disable the fingerprint and it seems to a dead feature for me. 

 

Can you fix this over your next release?

Remove Your Screen Gaurd and try to add your fingerprint. If problem persists wait for the Bug fix.

don't worry.
just do the same for 3 - 4 time it'll work.

no need to remove screen guard just Bright the screen at peak
