Samsung A50 Mic not working

Please, could anyone shed some light.

My Samsung A50 Mic just stopped working a few days ago. At first it would come and go but now it's completely dead.

I can hear a person calling me but they can not hear me, my whatsapp voicenotes are soundless. 

I did a factory reset but still. Even when I use earphones, the issue persist.

Has anyone experienced the above and fixed it?
