Samsung A50 Issue !

Various user complaining one thing about galaxy A50 and I also faced it 2 times. Handset get turned off automatically and not get turn ON after pressing power key. I never dropped my phone or not exposed to Water since I bought. I have to press Volume Down key + power key to get it turn ON. Please resolve this , I think it a software bug Issue.

yes it happened to me also. I went to service centre and they said that it is due to third party apps.

this is not a software issue it is hardware issue don't buy Samsung phones

how can you tell it is a hardware issue? Did you do any tests?

yeas it's happens to my mobile also due to overheating may cause this issue this happens when you charge the phone with turn on wifi for long period of time with running background apps
