Samsung A50 IN-display Fingerprint scanner not working properly

I Brought a fresh new galaxy A50.Its fingerprint scanner is not working properly from day 1.

Not only me , but many othrs are facing the same issue.i request samsung for an andriod update for all A50 users.Mi is providing all great features that too at cheap price,but few samsung lovers like me will never switch to such chinese brands.If any one from samsung is reading this then please repair this major issue.

go to service centre,they got a device which makes the finger print accurate and after that dont apply tempered glass,use tpu flexible glass for protection.

i went to service center,
they told me to BACKUP device and they will install a flash rom.
They dont have any magical device which can make this fingerprint scanner work.

just update your phone's firmware. it will solve your problem

I am using a normal tempered glass, hence i am getting 'no match' error much frequently.
Here's what i did to make less 'no match' errors:-

Added Right thumb twice and Left thumb once.

While adding fingerprints i used much pressure so that phone gets a clear image.

Also while unlocking,I use a little pressure.

I guess samsung uses A.I to learn fingerprints and it will get better after some use.

Cons:-It takes little long to get unlocked,
Pros:-A thick tempered glass.

(By the way, this normal tempered glass are really very helpful,saying this because someone at my gym kept a roller on my phone,and thanks to my tempered glass,it took all the pain.)
