Samsung A50 Fingerprint not working properly

The latest software of a50 is an issue. Mobile data is not running in the latest software and fingerprint is not working well.When I turn on flight mode and turn off, the mobile data starts running.After I turn off the mobile data & on, the issue starts to be created again. Please solve this problem next software update.

Hi there,

 

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Ensure that network frequency of your device is selected on Auto-mode.

Settings > Connections > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select Auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE)

2- Search for the Network Manually by the steps as mentioned:

Settings > Connections > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Select Manual Search. And check via other SIM card in the device.

3- Reset network settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings).

If still issue persists then we would suggest you to contact your service provider.

To resolve fingerprint issue, kindly visit nearest service center for physical inspection of your device. Service center personnel will provide you the further resolution.
