Due to Lockdown in all over the globe and specially in India All the companies including Smartphone manufacturers are  struggling to provide any update.Some of the frequently asked questions are following and I tried to provide you real Answer about all

Q1.. Why are not getting Andriod 10 update

And.  Just because of full lockdown and no one wants to make their employees in problem

Q2. Why they are not providing Security update.

Ans. Just because they are focusing in Android 10 and One UI 2.0 update

Q3. Why your phone have lots of issues after android 10 update previously

Ans. To insure bug free Android 10 update they are taking much time ,last time they provided update but that was buggy.

At least they should mention in eligible models list

yeah its obvious but may be it's Human mistakes that they forgot to mention 2 Models in that list ...But be sure you will get Android 10 update
