Samsung A5 android data file errors

I need help I don't have permission to use my data files and my devices

Check App Permissions

If an app cannot access files, go to:

Settings → Apps → Select the app (e.g., My Files, Gallery, etc.)

Tap Permissions → Enable Storage or Files and media

Check File Manager Permissions

If the My Files app is not letting you access data:

Open My Files

Go to Settings (three dots)

Enable Show hidden system files

Clear Cache and Data
Go to your phone settings > Apps > Files and clear cache and data

I hope it's not about Obb file that is found on Android file ,that one is nolonger accessible

If your file manager continues to misbehave, look for alternative Apps from Playstore

Remove your memory card this will help you
