Is any one having battery draining issue after april update?

Sometimes battery draining issues occurred after patch update also. That's normal because it's not a hardware issue.
Try to stay up to date with installed apps. Use the device normally it will calibrate the battery automatically.
As well as you can clear the cache partition.

After updates there can be battery draining issues. That's normal and Samsung identify it with more users reporting it. Samsung willnfix it with the next security patch. So don't worry. Until then on the power saving settings and do a restart to your phone.
