You English is hard to understand and yes 6-7% battery drain over 10 hour is normal. Your phone is still connected to cell tower and turning on Bluetooth and WiFi. 6-7% over 10 hours is very normal

Actually, a 6-7% drop over 10 hours of standby time is quite normal for a modern smartphone. Even when you aren't using the screen, the phone is busy:

Network: Staying connected to cell towers. Syncing: Checking for emails or app notifications in the background. Hardware: Keeping the RAM powered so the phone wakes up instantly.

If you want to reduce this, try turning on 'Data Saver' or putting unused apps to 'Deep Sleep' in the Battery settings!"

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your Galaxy A36 5G. We understand that you are concerned about the battery draining by 6-7% over a 10-hour period while the device is not in use.

Please be assured that for a new device, it is normal to experience a slightly higher battery consumption during the first few days. This occurs as the system performs background optimizations, installs updates, and learns your usage patterns to improve long-term efficiency.

To help stabilize and improve your battery performance, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Background Usage Limits: Go to Settings > Battery > Background usage limits and enable "Put unused apps to sleep." For apps you rarely use, you can manually add them to the "Deep sleeping apps" list.
  2. Device Optimization: Use the built-in maintenance tool by going to Settings > Device care and tapping "Optimize now" to close unnecessary background processes.
  3. Software Update: Ensure your device is running the latest software, as updates often include battery calibration fixes. Check this in Settings > Software update > Download and install.
  4. Always On Display (AOD): If enabled, Always On Display can contribute to standby drain. You can adjust this in Settings > Lock screen and AOD to "Tap to show" instead of "Always."
  5. Samsung Members Diagnostic: To check the health of your battery, open the Samsung Members app, tap Support > Phone diagnostics, and select "Battery status."

If the drain continues to exceed these levels after one week of usage, please share a screenshot of your battery usage graph found in Settings > Battery so we can analyze which specific services are active during idle hours.
