Step one remove your glass protector
Step two add same thumb threee times
Step three turn of unlock transition effect and lock animation
Step four if you want to use glass protector then use high quality sensitive glass protector
I hope after all of these steps your problem will solved

Agar ap am temper glass use karta han tu fingerprint work hi nahi karta
