Samsung A32 mic issue with speaker

I recently bought samaung A32 and realized on call that when I am on speaker the other person cant hear me. While the mic is working fine on normal calls and also on recordings and camera. Already checked the hole on the top side but it was open and not covered. Please help me if it is a software bug

Bhai speaker se sath oper mic se thori thori awaaz jati ha neeche wala tu bilkul band hota ha

same problem happened with me in galaxy a31 which i recently bought. but problem wasn't in phone but in plastic sheet which I put in back of phone for protection from scratches. if you have done same so remove plastic sheet. upper mic hole is coverd with any paper or protective sheet so remove it to avoid from blockage

Tried but nothing changed :(.. looks like there is a bug in software
