I bought a use samsung device at that time finger print and call service working perfectly,  later after reset 2nd time the following errors has apperaed

 1. Finger sensor not working

2. Network proplem only emergency calls,

3. Samsung pass pop up error that your device has been rooted

And for this i do the following steps

1. Cache clear

2. Hard reset

3. Install fresh firmware officila android 11 and through normal update i updated my phone to android 12

But problem still exist. 

I searched more solution's and some things i found in my mobile, when i search through imei on imein.info website s/n no. Not matching of imei with my phone s/n. And one another thing phone status showing Official in about. First call made on is missing in about. Please someone have any idea about it

I thinks it's non PTA or had been Patched with another phone's IMEI but still you should contact with the person from whom you've purchased your phone.

I have his cnic he guaranteed that it is original pta approve, please do u have any knowledge , if it is imei patch then how to get back original imei

That i don't exactly know but you should contact the nearest cell phone shop and ask them about these issues
