Samsung A31 problems

Today, my phone stopped fast charging and also not recognised by a pc.

What to do?

Turn off phone and then see

Only factory reset

For that im tring it to connect to my pc so that i can transfer my data,

Back up kr lo Samsung account py ya sd card daal lo

...bhai jaan mere sth b yehi problem a rhi thi...ya apki c-type cable ki andr se 1 wire break ho gai he is wja se fast charging ni kr rha or show kr rha hoga charger not connect properly! Esa kxh ya apki slot mn dust hogi ...mere case mn slot mn dust thi kafi mene mobile wale k pass ja kr saaf krwa li thi usse charging cable sai se fit ho rhi thi slot mn or fast charging enable ho gai thi...ye try kr k dekhlein...
