Samsung A31 Camera Problem

Hello,

It hasn't been a long time since I bought a new Samsung A31 phone. Today I opened the phone and rear camera was blurry and front camera not working at all (black screen crashing my phone). I tried fixing the problem by cleaning lens, shaking phone, clearing data and also did the factory reset.

I was hopeful factory reset will solve the problem, but neither blurry rear camera and front camera (even in Test Menu) still don't work.

I also uploaded a video of the problem. I will be very happy if someone can find me a solution how to fix it!

Hi  eljon 

Kindly clear your cache.

Follow the steps below to do this:

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Tap on the 3 dots on the upper right.
5. Select Show system Apps.
6. Select Camera.
7. Select Storage.
8. Select Clear Cache.

If the issue persists, please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.
