yes, but you can buy any Chinese phone and then install a good custom rom. you will get the best hardware and software where Samsung provides good software and Chinese phones provide good hardware. you will get the best from your phone

If you are heavy gamer then because of exynos processor you may not feel good...

see...Samsung the name itself is a brand...The company will bring variety of devices from time to time....you need to check the device specifications as per your need...
A30 s its a year old model...you need to have the latest firmware update from the authorized service center or authorized samsung smart cafe store
before that you need to have the back up through smart switch apps..
some settings need to check..
dont worry the problem will fix
ask the service boy the samsung sales boy in smart cafe to test your device before update under safe mode that which app create problems.

disable the unused apps , sleep all the apps under battery settings will solve it...

plz try surely it will help..
plz keep atleast 60 percent of the device and SD card space free
