Samsung A30 sound problem

The phone was working  perfectly but after the update it doesn't  not make  sound from  the ear receiver no sound for media,ringtone works  FM radio works in loudspeaker it produces  the sound

try installing sound assistant or try playing music in maximum power saving mode or if it doesn't helps then try resetting your phone from android recovery

dial *#0*# and check speaker test or else perform interactive checks here in members in help section
use sound assistant
reset phone once clear cache
last option would be to get ear speaker replaced at service center

Go to accessibility and go to hearing enhancement use adapt sound or try amplify ambient sound to check speakers👍👍👍👍👍👍

Check device in safe mode: Using Safe Mode on a Samsung phone or tablet allows you to force the device to run the essential operating system, and disable most 3rd party applications.

Enter safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.>Press and hold the power off icon.

Exist safe mode: Press volume down and power key simultaneously for 5 seconds to restart the device.

Note: If your device functions correctly in Safe Mode, it is most likely that the issue lies with a 3rd party application that can be uninstalled to resolve the problem.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)
