Samsung A30 Restart

My samsung A30 restarts everytime when i put it on charge at off screen,but firstly i turn screen on it never turn off,i dont know why is this happening. And the other problem is when i place call it also restart several times ,it only work on airplane mode ,kindly tell me what to do ,its a software problem or hardware.i also check to the market but they dont understand what the problem is....

I think you should try to reset it once .!

Bhai mere pas a31 he us ko bhi same issue tha par ab thek ho gia he
1 security patch k baad sahi ho gia tha mien ne claim bhi karwaya par nai thek hoa update k bad khud hi thek ho gia
