If you're still getting a storage full message on your Samsung Galaxy A23 after deleting files and uninstalling apps, you can try these steps:
Check your SD card
Make sure the SD card is inserted correctly and try using it with another device. If it's not compatible with your phone, you can try formatting it.
Clear app cache and data
Go to Settings, then Apps, select the app, and tap Storage. From there, you can clear the app's cache and data.
Disable pre-installed apps
Go to Settings, then Apps, select the app, and tap Disable. This will prevent the app from running in the background and using storage.
Use a cleaner app
A cleaner app can help free up space on your phone.
Delete large files
Go to Settings, then Battery and device care, then Storage, then Large files. From there, you can select and delete large files.

Delete the files from Recycle Bin.
