My Samsung A23 doesn't sho the apps what should be the problem or what must I do

You mean the apps don't appear in the app drawer(the area where you find all of the apps)?

Please reset app preferences

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Select the menu icon in the top right hand corner.
5. Select Reset app preferences.
6. Select Reset.

Then soft reset your device. Press and hold the power and volume down buttons until the device restarts ( this will not erase data, it is just to reboot the device)

Hi there press power volume up & down simultaneously and release it this will solve your problem.

Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps
