Whenever  My Mobile on surfaces , touch screen is not responding   any one know the Soulution  and why its happening

The screen sensitivity isn't good in A21s, so everyone are facing this same issue.

It's a problem with the hardware I guess.

So it's Samsung faults

It's a TFT display in the device instead of an amoled display, so I guess it's a problem.
But still I would expect samsung to increase the sensitivity of the screen.
Report this to samsung as a bug, let's see if they can do anything through the software.
