Samsung A21s touch problem when phone kept aside.

when the phone is kept aside and try to touch some parts of touch doesn't work until you put hand behind that area, is some one else also facing same problem #A21s

please remove if any tempered pasted,
then check, because tempered glasses will give you this kind of malfunction

tempered glass is there ,however it is to protect the scree which you know is not gorilla glass in a21s

samsung is not recommended customers to use tempered,
different quality tempered glasses available in market, creating issues.
try if work properly, it won't be mobile issue.

Lol.. what a silly solution..

The Issue is when phone is in hand it works fine, but if you keep aside and try touching screen, it won't work..

So please read questions carefully and answer
