Samsung A20s Cellular/Mobile Data Issue

I bought a smart phone Samsung A20s on 02 March 2020. I am using dual sims (Telenor and Zong) in this phone. In May 2020, I first encountered a problem in which when I turned ON the Mobile Data on Zong sim, my telenor sim cannot receive call. When I turned the Mobile Data OFF, I am able to receive calls and without turning the Mobile Data on my phone works fine and receive call. Then I visited Samsung Service Center in Blue Area Islamabad, Pakistan and they repaired my phone by updating its software on 18/6/2020. After this, my phone did encountered this problem again then they submitted my phone phone on 18-6-2020 with Complaint # 4234580607 and changed the motherboard of my phone and returned it on 24/6/2020 and the problem was removed. But from tomorrow I started to encounter same problem with my phone then I called Samsung Call Center on 0800-726786 and the operator on the phone told me that she launched the complaint and you visit the Samsung Service Center in Blue Area Islamabad, Pakistan. When I visited there I told them my problem. And they took my phone to check its problem only but they repaired my phone without my consent to do. Then they handover my phone to me and asked me to check the phone now but the problem was still there. Thats why I asked them to replace my phone with a new one and they asked me to call the help line and ask them for replacing your phone. Then I called the Help Line on 11/8/2020 and the operator on the phone told me to visit the service center on 12/8/2020 and submit the phone. Then on 12/8/2020, when I visited Service Center they told me to submit my phone and I submitted my phone in the service center under Complaint # 4236406066 and told me that they will forward my details to the company and then we will guide you after discussing it with company higher management. Then I again called the help line and talked to Miss. Usaq asked me that service center will diagnose your phone and we will get back to you after any update.

After all this hectic practice and facing many problems with Samsung A20s, I am in deep trouble by this problem. I have been a 8 year long loyal Samsung customer and still I am facing multiple problem with this mobile phone. I got repaired my phone 3 times by Service Center but to no vain and the problem persists. I asked them to replace my phone with a new one but nothing happens.

Today Service Center Islamabad asked me on call that your phone is not repaired so you take your phone and there will be a NEW SOFTWARE UPDATE within 10 days and after the update my phone will be fault-free. Now You tell me what is this behavior from SAMSUNG? I was not expecting this sort of LAME EXCUSE from WORLD RENOWNED company. SAMSUNG show themselves a bigger company but in reality SAMSUNG PAKISTAN has a terrible team and they dont know about the company policies, they dont know how to repair a phone. There call center team is also DUMB and they know nothing.

kisi mein heating issue hy kisi mein battery issue , kìsi mein signal issue .
mery pas a30s hy, load speeker py agly bandy ko awaz nai jati ,
fast battery charging sirf naam ki hy ,
