How can I get screen recorder icon for Samsung A20 and how can I be able to use it

Please be advised that the A20 device does not have the screen recorder functionality

Do we specifically need a device that's One UI Version 2.1 to get these features? And if so, can Samsung be able to update from Version 2.0 to 2.1?
