Samsung A20 not turning on

Assalam o alaikum. I have run into a problem. I have samsung galaxy A20. Everything was working fine till yesterday. Now it is not turning on and when put on charging shows a sign that I've attached with this msg. I have tried pressing and holding power key and volume down key for 10 seconds. Nothing happens. Please help I'm much worried

Battery overheat not charging or phone overheat..... Is nothing is heated then it might be some sensor issue which detect false temperature. If not then try to install firmware

My man if u didn't drop the phone either in water or floor. And if the phone is under warranty just order for a new phone. Cuz this seems like a sensor failure. Which should be under warranty. If not then, than it's prolly water damaged and it eroded the wired
